Notice of Spring Convention 2007 The Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter of the Canadian Public Works Association will be holding its 2007 Spring Convention in Rocky Harbour, NL on May 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2007 at the Ocean View Motel. A block of rooms has been reserved for meeting delegates at a cost of $75.00 per night.
